Award winning lager. Brewed using traditional techniques and a classic Bohemian yeast, slow cold fermented and conditioned for an authentic pilsner character. Crisp, refreshing and full of flavour.
Judges Comments: Good bright, golden colour with fine bubbles. Enticing, true traditional Pilsner nose. It has a punchy flavour at the start, which blends maltiness and bitterness in a balanced way through to a fresh, clean finish.
